• I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.• I have the right to simplify a design as I see fit.• Unless requested otherwise, I have the right to use your commission for posting online or for use in portfolios.• I own all rights to the artwork I create.

(For clarity, this does not mean I own the character(s) depicted in your commission.)

• Using my art for blockchain, AI, or reselling my art is strictly forbidden.• You have the right to use your commission for non-profit personal use, such as a profile picture or a banner. Crediting me is not required, but greatly appreciated.• Using my art for commercial purposes*, such as for merch, requires an agreement on how I'll be compensated.

(*Emote commissions may be used as subscription rewards without compensation, but other commercial purposes still require an agreement.)

• Terms of Service may be updated should any future situation require a change or update.

★ Process ★

1. I am contacted and paid for a commission and begin when possible. Please send any reference images or information that may help me understand what you want!2. I create the sketch and send for approval. If approved, I proceed to the lineart (If the commission is for a sketch, I proceed to coloring.)3. I create the lineart and send for approval. If approved, I proceed to the coloring (If the commission is for a sketch, the commission is complete.)4. I finish the coloring and send for approval. If approved, I the commission is complete.

• Transparent and/or basic backgrounds (such as a gradient or a simple shape) may be requested free of charge.• Edits to your commission may be requested any time until completion. Edits may cost a fee depending on how much time/effort is needed for the edit.

Q - Your PayPal email is different than the one in your Contact, is that a different person?A - No! That's my old email/name. Please disregard that name, my real name is Luna.Q - How long will my commission take?A - It can vary depending on what's going on in life... I'd say that, roughly, it can take 2-4 weeks.Q - Will I get to offer feedback?A - Yes! I split my progress into stages specifically for feedback. Please communicate with me so you can receive a satisfactory art piece.Q - I want to order multiple commissions, will that affect price?A - No. Each commission will be separate, so you won't be charged any extra. For example, three emote commissions will be $30, since they're $10 each.Q - What art program do you use?A - I use Pokémon Art Academy! This program is on the Nintendo 3DS, so please understand there'll be limitations because of this.Q - What kind of limitations?A - Primarily, my working canvas size is limited to 1024 x 768 px maximum, and I cannot colorpick colors off of reference images. I can do light edits to my art after porting it to my computer, though.Q - What is your refund policy?A - You can request a refund at any point up until step 2 in my Process is completed. Once a sketch is approved, you can no longer request a refund. You can view my Process in the T.o.S. + Process tab.Q - Can you draw furry / mecha?A - Yes! Mecha likely will need simplification, though.Q - Can you draw suggestive?A - It depends... I think my art can get a little suggestive, so a little is fine, but I do have limits. Be specific with what you'd like so I know if I am comfortable with it or not.Q - Can you draw fetish / NSFW?A - Only if we're close.Q - When do I pay you?A - After we talk and I understand what you want to commission. Please do not pay me prior to this, as you won't know if I'm up for taking the commission until we talk.Q - I can't pay you right away, can I still commission you?A - If you commission often and/or are a friend, I may feel safe in allowing for delayed payment. Otherwise, please pay first.Q - I can't pay you in money, how else can I commission you?A - If you commission often and/or are a friend, I may accept Steam games off my Wishlist as payment. I prefer direct payment, though.Q - Do you take requests / art trades?A - No. I prefer being the one to reach out to friends for things like that.Q - Can you draw in another art style?A - No. If you're commissioning me for art, please expect it to be in my art style.Q - Can you get my commission done within or in less than a week?A - I would greatly prefer I not be rushed on a commission... As things are now it might be possible if there's a good reason for the tight deadline, but if it's something that people request too frequently I'll have to add an additional charge for it.Q - Who is "Nyeh830"?A - It's my old username. It'll appear on older art pieces of mine as a watermark, and likely will be showing up when you pay me as well.
